Risk & ownership

Who owns the pieces during consignment?+

L'Écrin Éphémère, until transfer-price settlement after sale. Your duty is reasonable care and contract display conditions.

What if a piece does not sell?+

It enters rotation (day-25 alert). You do not pay for an unsold piece.

The model

How are prices set?+

Each piece has a transfer price (what you pay us on sale) and a suggested retail. You set the final retail freely.

Can my customers buy from you directly?+

No. White-label: our brand is not in your store and we do not retail to your customers. Anti-bypass clause.

Operations

Which POS systems are supported?+

Shopify POS, Lightspeed, Square, and Clover. Other systems: contact us to assess integration.

Partnership

Is there a term commitment or minimum volume?+

No public subscription or minimum volume. Partnership runs on 30-day cycles; end-of-cycle follows the contract (piece return).

How do we become a partner boutique?+

Book a demo. We validate boutique fit (clientele, POS, case) together, then the first selection.
